We meticulously crafted a metaverse replica of University Academy 92 (UA92)'s campus, reflecting their authentic Manchester site in unprecedented detail.
Having keenly tracked the advancements in the metaverse and Web 3.0 over time, UA92 discerned the perfect juncture to launch their virtual campus. Highlighting its utility and potential, they hosted a virtual graduation ceremony within their metaverse space station. In this innovative setting, graduates were awarded their degrees, not as mere digital files, but as uniquely minted NFTs.
We were able to make the impossible happen during COVID-19. We broke away from the traditional format and decided to hold a virtual event. We were able to close the distance between colleagues around the world and experience something which fulfilled the needs of being together physically without any of the hassle.
Events have changed completely due to the Coronavirus disaster. However, the virtual event we held with everyone in the Asian ecosystem was wonderful because we had a social and collaborative experience that would otherwise never have been able to take place. I'm excited to think about future possibilities in the digital space.
